Learn About The Venue

Before it was a venue:

Originally the valley was known as Sugar Hollow by locals. The history of the valley is part of our local community when Daniel Boone “killed a bar” only 1000 yards up the creek.

In the 1970s, the property served as the rock quarry. We presume, at some point, they hit water and it was no longer feasible to operate. In the 1990s and 2000s the property was used as a local salvage yard. Cars were stacked four foot high from the front of the property all the way to the back.

William and Danielle purchased the property in 2017 and started the process of reclaiming a property that had been neglected for so years. The owners knew they wanted to open a unique venue, a one of a kind venue, for the community to visit and enjoy. Over 2000 tires were removed from the property, 1000 of which sat piled where the tent currently sits now. Tons of scrap metal and car parts were picked up by hand in an effort to bring the beauty back to the valley. The project took 1.5 years to complete.
